These terms apply when you request a quote from, or receive services from, Nice Glass Window Cleaning ("Nice Glass," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us about your property — such as the number, size, type, and accessibility of the windows. If conditions at the property differ meaningfully from what was described, we may need to adjust the quote before starting work. We will always discuss any change with you first.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We schedule service Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as far in advance as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to another customer. Weather can affect exterior window and gutter work; if conditions are unsafe or would compromise results, we may reschedule to the next available date.

Access to the Property

To complete the work, we need safe access to the areas being cleaned, including exterior access to windows and reasonable interior access where interior cleaning was requested. Please let us know in advance about pets, alarms, fragile items, locked gates, or anything else that affects access.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Pricing for recurring service plans is set at the time the plan is arranged.

Discounts & Promotions

Promotional offers advertised on this site — including the first-clean discount, referral discount, and recurring service plan discount — apply to qualifying services, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Discounts are applied at the time of quoting.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us promptly after the service and we'll return to make it right.

Damage & Pre-existing Conditions

We take care with your property and use protective measures inside the home. Some conditions exist before we arrive and cannot be corrected by cleaning — for example scratched, pitted, chipped, or previously damaged glass, failed window seals, oxidized or deteriorated frames, and hard water etching that has permanently marked the glass. We'll point out anything we notice, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions that cleaning cannot reverse.
