Nice Glass Window Cleaning is a small, owner-operated company based in Salt Lake City. We clean windows for homes and businesses across Salt Lake, Davis and Weber Counties, and we've earned a 5.0-star rating from 132 Google reviews doing it.
That reputation is what you'll be selling. When a homeowner asks whether we're any good, you won't have to talk them into it. You can show them.
The Job
You'll be the first person most of our new customers meet.
Work mapped neighborhoods across the Wasatch Front, introducing Nice Glass to homeowners and explaining what we do: window cleaning, screens and tracks, and our other exterior services.
Answer questions, handle objections with the script we train you on, and set up quotes and appointments while you're still at the door.
Keep track of the doors you knock and the jobs you book, and check in with the owner about what's working so you get better every week.
Pay & Support
Pay is commission-based. The more you book, the more you earn. We'll go over the full details at your interview.
You won't be sent out cold. We walk you through the services, how we price them, and how to talk with homeowners before your first shift.
A proven pitch plus answers to the things homeowners actually say: "not today," "we do it ourselves," "how much?" You'll know what to say next.
We plan out the neighborhoods, so you spend your time talking to homeowners instead of figuring out where to go.
