Floor-to-ceiling window walls, glass office partitions and conference room glass — cleaned streak-free, on a schedule that works around your business hours. Built for property managers, office managers and facilities teams who need the work done right without a disruption to the floor.
Streak-free glass, skyline views intact
Commercial Service
Downtown office glass is a different job than a house. The glass is taller, most of it is fixed and can only be reached from the inside, and it sits a few feet from workstations, monitors and AV equipment that cannot get wet. Add the fingerprints that collect on every glass partition and conference room door and the interior side is usually what people actually notice — long before anyone thinks about the exterior.
We handle the interior side of commercial glass: window walls and mullions, glass office fronts and partitions, conference room glass, interior sidelights and entry glass, along with sills, tracks and frames. Floors and furnishings get covered before we set up, and we work in sections so the rest of the floor keeps functioning. If a pane has permanent damage — etching from hard water, scratches from a prior cleaner, failed seals fogging between the panes — we tell you before we start rather than after we invoice.
We are based just west of downtown at 720 W 500 N in Salt Lake City, which keeps us close to the central business district for scheduled visits and for the occasional same-week request before a client walkthrough or board meeting.
Scope of Work
Priced by the glass in front of us, not by a generic square-foot rate.
Floor-to-ceiling exterior-facing glass cleaned from the inside, including mullions, frames and sills — the panes that frame your skyline view.
Private office fronts, sliding glass doors and demountable partition systems. Both faces, plus the hardware and edges where prints collect.
Full-height meeting room walls and doors cleaned before client-facing weeks, with glass markerboard surfaces handled carefully.
Reception glass, vestibules and interior storefront — the first surfaces a tenant or client actually touches.
Mineral spotting on lower exterior-facing glass and irrigation overspray addressed where the glass allows, with an honest read when it does not.
Multi-story suites sequenced floor by floor over one visit or several, so no department loses a full day of access.
Our Work
Interior glass from recent commercial visits in and around downtown Salt Lake City.
Recurring Account · Downtown Salt Lake City
A professional services firm occupying several floors of a downtown Salt Lake City office building brought us in for a one-time interior clean and has kept us on a recurring bi-annual schedule since. Each visit covers the interior side of the exterior window walls on every occupied floor, the glass fronts and sliding doors on the private offices, the full-height conference room glass, and the reception and vestibule glass at the main entry — sills, tracks, frames and door hardware included.
The work runs outside business hours and moves floor by floor, so no team loses access to its own space during the workday. Building requirements are handled on our end: certificate of insurance on file with the management company, freight elevator reserved in advance, and after-hours badging coordinated through the property manager. The office manager deals with one person for scheduling, access and invoicing, and the next visit is already on the calendar before we leave.
Why Us
What property managers and office managers tell us actually matters once the quote is signed.
We show up on the date we committed to, in the window we committed to. Recurring visits are booked ahead so they land on your calendar and your budget without a reminder, and if something changes on our end you hear it from us first — not from an empty lobby.
Early mornings, evenings and weekends are standard for commercial work. We sequence multi-floor suites so occupied areas stay usable, keep cords and equipment out of walkways, and coordinate loading dock access, freight elevator time and after-hours badging with building management.
We carry liability insurance and can furnish a certificate naming your building or management company before the first visit, which is usually all a vendor file needs. Floors and furnishings get covered, and we use low-moisture methods around electronics, workstations and AV gear.
The same scope gets done the same way every time, from the same small crew — not a rotating roster learning your floor plan again. Glass, frames, sills, tracks and door hardware are all part of the job, and we flag etching, scratches or failed seals rather than quietly working around them.
One person handles your quote, your schedule, your access details and your invoice. No call center, no ticket queue, no re-explaining the building's after-hours procedure to someone new — and quote requests typically get a reply within the hour.
We walk the space, price the actual glass, and put the scope in writing before anything is booked. Recurring accounts get locked-in per-visit pricing so there is no renegotiation every quarter and nothing unexpected on the invoice.
Service Area
Downtown Salt Lake City is our core commercial area, and we cover office and retail glass across three counties.
Good to Know
Most downtown Salt Lake City offices land on quarterly or bi-annual interior service. Quarterly suits lobbies, client-facing conference rooms and heavily used glass partitions where fingerprints show quickly. Bi-annual is usually enough for private offices and upper-floor window walls. One-time cleans are also available for move-ins, move-outs, post-construction turnover, or ahead of a specific event.
Yes. We schedule around your business hours — early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for us on commercial accounts. We work floor by floor or suite by suite so occupied areas stay usable, keep equipment and cords out of walkways, and follow building requirements for loading dock access, freight elevator reservations and after-hours badging.
We carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your building or management company before the first visit, which is what most property managers need for their vendor file. Floors and furnishings are protected before we set up, and we use low-moisture methods around electronics, workstations and AV equipment.
